Meet NAVI Academy assistant coach
Professional CS:GO player Igor “crush”Shevchenko joined
NAVI Academy as an assistant coach.
Crush has been active in the pro scene since 2015. He used to play for Team Unique, Vega Squadron, Hellraisers and pro100. His main achievements are 3rd-4th place at EPICENTER 2019 and 2nd place at StarSeries & i-League CS:GO Season 6 and at the Bucharest Gaming Week Invitational. Igor also participated in Major tournaments twice.
Now a new chapter in crush’s career begins! He will assist
Amiran “ami”Rekhviashvili in coaching
NAVI Academy players, as well as participating in the formation and development of
NAVI Youth.
We are sure that Igor's years of experience and professional skills will help young talents to reveal their potential and reach the next level of play.

“I’m very happy that Igor has joined our coaching staff. He will fulfill the role of my assistant and coach young players that will allow us to do a better job at different levels of the academy.
Being experienced at the highest level of the game was one of the main factors in our choice and I am sure Igor will pass his knowledge to the young guys from the academy.
Of course, he has a lot to learn, since the coaching position is something new for him but together we’ll make it.”

“I am glad for the opportunity to work for NAVI. It is a completely new experience for me. I have gathered a lot of knowledge that I want to share with the young players. I will help them wherever I can.”
