ESL Pro League 15: versus Astralis

NAVI's next opponent in the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 15 will be Astralis. The match will start at 20:30, the format is bo3.

The first round went smooth for the Astralis, defeating EG with a score of 2 : 0. In the second match, they faced Heroic, who won the Danish derby. To determine the winner the teams had to play all three maps, and two of them were completed only in overtime. After that, the Astralis beat the AGO (16 : 13 - Mirage, 16 : 9 - Nuke). 

NAVI went undefeated in their matches against AGO, Evil Geniuses and Complexity Gaming. All matches ended with a score of 2 : 0. After winning Complexity, the Born to Win secured a slot in the playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 15. The outcome of the remaining two matches will determine who will place first in the group and qualify directly for the quarterfinals.

NAVI and Astralis have already met this year. The meeting took place in the BLAST Premier: Spring Groups. The Danes won on Mirage with a score of 17 : 19. In the last three months, the opponent plays best on Ancient (6 wins, 2 losses) and worst on Dust2 (0 wins, 4 losses). Astralis has no specific preference in banning a map.
