ESL Pro League 15: versus Evil Geniuses

NAVI's second opponent in the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 15 will be Evil Geniuses. The match will start on March 31st at 19:30 CET, the format is bo3.

The Evil Geniuses roster was renewed at the beginning of the year. CeRq and Brehze remained from the old lineup. While RUSH, automatic, Stewi2K came to replace the retired players. MaleK, who previously coached G2 Esports, joined the team as well. 

After the reshuffle, EG only managed to finish last at the BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2022. The team lost to Team Liquid and Team Vitality and was weaker than BIG in the play-in bracket. In addition, the "evil geniuses" managed to get to the PGL Major Antwerp 2022: American RMR on the second attempt. The first stage of the open qualifiers ended with their elimination in the fourth round and in the next stage they took second place.

In the match against Evil Geniuses, our team will again play with a substitute. Kirill "BoombI4" Mikhailov will miss the game due to positive COVID test results. He will be replaced by Daniil "Headtr1ck" Valitov.
