Update 7.40 is already in the game!

An update has been released in Dota 2, which not only gave us the long-awaited version 7.40 but also presented a new character – the frog bard Largo! Hurry up and try out the new hero!

The character's primary attribute is Strength, and his abilities are aimed at buffing allies and debuffing opponents. Largo's ultimate should be noted separately: during its duration, the character loses the ability to attack, and his skills are replaced by three songs that activate only when you hit the rhythm. A new winter treasure chest has also been added to the game. It includes a total of 16 sets for various characters, including Silencer, Enigma, Centaur Warrunner, Tiny, and others.

Regarding the patch itself, the developers have reworked some character abilities: for instance, Lone Druid, Slark, and Treant Protector now have new skills. In addition, new neutral items have been added (and some old ones have been removed).

The map's landscape has undergone numerous changes, the ban sequence in Captain's Mode has been altered, and a number of innovations affect both items and characters.
