IEM Beijing 2026: Semifinal

IEM Beijing 2026, the last major LAN tournament for the NAVI CS2 team before PGL Major Singapore 2026, is nearing its conclusion. Only four teams remain in contention for the title, and the grand finalists will be decided today.

In the first semifinal, NAVI will face The MongolZ. The match will begin at 07:30 CET and will be played in a best-of-three format.

NAVI secured third place in Group A and advanced to the playoffs, though it was far from easy. During the group stage, the Born to Win defeated Falcons twice and B8 once, while losing to FURIA. In the quarterfinal against PV, the yellow-and-black squad once again put their fans through a tense series but ultimately secured victory on the deciding map to advance.

The MongolZ had a shorter route to the semifinals: they went unbeaten through the Group A upper bracket, defeating Legacy (2 : 1), HEROIC (2 : 0), and FURIA (2 : 1) in succession.

NAVI and The MongolZ have met four times in 2026, with the Born to Win winning three of those encounters. Their only defeat came at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 in February.

We hope NAVI can defeat their opponents once again and reach the grand final, where they will face the winner of the MOUZ vs. BB match.
