Ignite 2026: Stage 2 EMEA — first match of the season

Today, the NAVI Marvel Rivals team will begin their run in the second stage of Ignite 2026 EMEA. At stake are a $ 200,000 prize pool and two spots at Ignite 2026: Grand Finals.

Heretics will be NAVI's opponents in the first round. The match will begin at 18:00 CEST and will be played in a best-of-3 format. Heretics finished fourth in the previous stage and kept their roster unchanged ahead of Stage 2.

Interestingly, NAVI and Heretics did not face each other at Ignite 2026: Stage 1 EMEA. However, the teams met three times at Ignite 2026 Preseason — EMEA: NAVI lost their group-stage encounter but then claimed two convincing victories in the key playoff matches — the upper bracket final and the grand final. The combined map score across those two series was 7 : 1.

NAVI are the reigning Ignite 2026 EMEA champions. We believe the team can live up to their championship status and begin Stage 2 with a victory.
