Demacia Cup Global Invitational: first opponent revealed

The first opponent for NAVI at the 2026 Demacia Cup Global Invitational has been revealed. The team will face RED Canids on October 3 in a Best of 1 match.

The tournament consists of two stages. First, the teams will compete in a Swiss-format group stage, followed by a Single Elimination bracket. The first round of the group stage will be played in Best of 1 format, while all subsequent rounds will feature Best of 3 series.

A total of 12 teams from six major regions that failed to qualify for the 2026 World Championship will compete in the tournament. They will battle for a prize pool of approximately $223,000. All matches at the 2026 Demacia Cup Global Invitational will take place from October 3 to 17.

RED Canids are representatives of the Brazilian league who finished 4th in the second split of CBLOL 2026. They are a solid team featuring players with impressive individual skill.
