NAVI’s first match at the 2026 DCGI
Tomorrow, the NAVI League of Legends roster will begin its journey at its first international tournament — the 2026 Demacia Cup Global Invitational. Twelve teams will compete in China for a ¥ 1,500,000 prize pool (approximately $ 223,000). Group Stage matches will be played online, while the top eight teams will advance to compete in front of a live audience at the JD Esports Center in Beijing.
It is worth noting that this will be NAVI’s final tournament with the current roster. Maynter revealed this in an interview on YouTube, making the upcoming matches even more interesting.
Following the draw, the Born to Win will face Brazilian representatives RED Canids in the first round. The match starts at 10:00 CEST and will be played as a best of 1, so there will be no room for error. All subsequent Group Stage matches will be played as best of 3 series using Fearless Draft.
RED Canids finished third at CBLOL 2026 Split 1 and reached the top 4 in the second split. Just like NAVI, the 2026 DCGI will be their first international tournament, so they will surely be looking to give it their all.
Tune in to the morning broadcast and support NAVI!
