Looking for a coach to work with English-speaking NAVI Junior CS:GO roster

After changing the language of communication in our main CS:GO roster to English, we are going to take the same approach to the NAVI Junior team.

To that end, we are announcing the search for an English-speaking coach to take up the formation of the updated NAVI Junior roster and the players' development. The position would suit both an experienced coach and a former pro player with the skills of an in-game leader.

The current NAVI Junior members will be moved to NAVI Youth, where they will continue to develop promising Ukrainian players under the tutelage of Ihor «crush» Shevchenko. The best of them will be able to move up to NAVI Junior.
