PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: vs Cloud9

Last round NAVI suffered their first defeat, but today they will play for the playoffs again. The match against Cloud9 will start at 19:00 CET and will be played in best of 3 format.

After two successful matches against The Mongolz (13 : 10 Mirage) and G2 (13 : 11 Nuke) Born to Win met Spirit. In a hard fight on Nuke, our players managed to first put the game into overtime after a comeback from 4 : 8 and then finished the map in their favor (16 : 13). On Ancient (9 : 13) and Mirage (7 : 13) the opponent was stronger and earned a slot in the playoffs.

Cloud9 started their journey with the Opening Stage, where they calmly won 3 wins in a row and became the first team to qualify for the Elimination Stage. In the next stage Cloud9's path was similar to NAVI: the team lost to Spirit in best of 1 (7 : 13 Ancient), and then twice upset ECSTATIC (13 : 3 Overpass) and G2 (13 : 9 Anubis).

Last time the squads met in BLAST Premier Fall Final 2023 and then our team failed to defeat Cloud9 (1 : 2). We are sure that today is the day when NAVI will get revenge.
