s1mple is Player of the Year according to Esports Awards

Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev received the Esports PC Player Of The Year award from the Esports Awards. The player receives this trophy for the second year in a row.

This year, Oleksandr has consistently performed at high level, demonstrating above average statistics - 1.27 in the HLTV rating. In 2022, s1mple played in twelve tournaments where he earned four individual awards: MVP at BLAST Premier Spring Final 2022 and IEM Cologne 2022, and EVP at PGL Major Antwerp and IEM Rio Major.

Oleksandr's main competitors were Russel "Twistzz" van Dulken from Faze, as well as NAVI Valorant player Andrey "Shao" Kiprsky.
