- 30 teams will be seeded into three groups;
- each group plays each other group three times;
- series consists of six games each;
- in total all teams will play 36 games;
- after 36 games, each team will rank by their Post Match Series Points;
- top 20 teams will play an additional match called Regional Final;
- the eventual rankings will be determined after 9 match days and the regional final;
- the top 9 teams and the winner of regional final will advance to the playoffs.
