Swiss system:

• 16 participants, of which 5 are 2024 World Cup participants and the rest are the winners of the open qualifier;
• A team has to win 3 matches to advance to the next stage;;
• A team that loses three matches is eliminated.

Playoffs:

• 8 teams that have made it through the previous stage;
• Double elimination format.
