Open qualification (December 11-18):

– Consists of four stages;
– Finalists of each of the four stages qualify for the closed qualification;
– Bracket format – Single Elimination;
– Format of all matches up to the quarterfinals – best of 1, after – best of 3.

Closed qualification (December, 19-22):

– 8 teams;
– Finalists of the qualification proceed to the second division.
