— 517 teams;
— during the group stage, each team will play 16 best-of-1 matches;
— 256 teams will advance to the playoffs;
— the playoffs will be played in a best of 3 single elimination system;
— the playoff champion will qualify for the ESEA Advanced Season;
— 2nd to 16th place teams will be given entry to the Main Division; 
— teams ranked 17th-128th will play in the Intermediate Division.
