Open Qualifier (September 27–30):

• 2 rounds of qualification;
• Single Elimination bracket;
• Quarterfinals matches and beyond are best of 3, all other matches are best of 1;
• 2 teams from each qualifier advance to the next stage.

Closed Qualifier (October 2–5):

• Double Elimination bracket;
• All matches are best of 3;
• 2 teams advance to the tournament.
