Previously, our team lost to Eternal Fire 0 : 2 (9 : 13 on Inferno and 5 : 13 on Dust 2) in the decisive group stage bout, placing us in the playoffs quarterfinals. Team Spirit, in turn, reached the stage by going through their group's lower bracket.
