Nodirbek Abdusattorov became a two-time Olympic champion in 2026
NAVI player Nodirbek Abdusattorov won gold with the Uzbekistan national team at the 46th Chess Olympiad in Samarkand. In the final round, the Uzbek team defeated Ukraine 2.5 : 1.5 to become Olympiad champions for the second time.
Nodirbek played all 11 games at the tournament and scored 8.5 points out of a possible 11. Our player recorded six wins and five draws without suffering a single defeat.
