EPL S17: vs Outsiders

Born to Win is moving on to the playoffs. The match against Outsiders to reach the quarterfinals will be played today at 15:30, the format is best of 3.

NAVI started the playoffs with a match against 00NATION. The Brazilians seemed to be the underdog but delivered a fight. On the first map with a 10 : 1 score in our favor, it seemed that the result was close, but the 10 : 12 comeback from 00NATION led to a nervous end, but in favor of NAVI (16:14). The Brazilians surprised our team during the picks, leading to an Overpass that our opponent was ready for – 8 : 16. Before the final Mirage the majority could get nervous, but Born to Win was ready for such a scenario – 16 : 4.

The Outsiders will play their first match at this stage. The team reached the playoffs without any major problems, having beaten IHC (2 : 0) and Fnatic (2 : 0) on their way, but lost to Cloud9 in the meeting for first place (1 : 2).

The last time the teams met in the quarterfinals of IEM Katowice 2023, back then NAVI won confidently on two maps (16 : 13 Overpass, 16 : 12 Inferno).
