EPL Season 16: Start of playoffs vs Heroic

After a long tournament break, NAVI continue their journey into ESL Pro League Season 16. The match against Heroic starts at 7:00 CEST, the format is best of 3.

Born to Win had a difficult time in the group stage. After a good start in Group A in the matches against Team Spirit and Fnatic (2 : 0; 2 : 1), the guys suddenly failed to overcome the outsider - Endpoint (0 : 2), and then couldn’ t cope with Team Vitality and NIP (1 : 2; 1 : 2). With the first two victories, NAVI managed to qualify for the one-eighth of the tournament based on the head-to-head statistics.

Team Heroic in Group C looked more confident. Four wins in a row secured the team an advance to the playoffs, thus the defeat in the last match against MOUZ didn't affect the Danes' position (0 : 2).

In the current lineup, the teams haven't met yet, as Heroic underwent a recent replacement. Young riffler Jakob «jabbi» Nygaard replaced Ismail «refrezh» Ali.
