Esports World Cup 2025 Fatal Fury: CotW Tournament Details

Today marks the start of the Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves fighting game tournament at the Esports World Cup 2025, the biggest esports festival of the year. The competition brings together 16 of the world’s strongest players, fighting over a $1,000,000 prize pool and 3,550 EWC club points.

NAVI's Luis Guadalupe "DarkAngel" Castillo Gomez will represent the club in this grand competition. The tournament features two stages: the Group Stage and the playoffs, where only the top 8 players will advance.

Following the group draw, DarkAngel was placed in Group C. His opening match is against Team Falcons' Kindevu. The group also includes GO1 (FAV Gaming) and Nemo (Good 8 Squad).

The Group Stage will follow a Double Elimination bracket, with all matches played in a first-to-three (Ft3) format.

DarkAngel’s first match is scheduled for 18:15 CEST today.
