Esports World Cup 2026: groups revealed

The Esports World Cup 2026 groups have been drawn. The biggest CS2 championship of the summer will feature 32 of the world's best teams competing for a $ 2,000,000 prize pool and 3,250 EWC Club Points.

The Born to Win have been drawn into Group D alongside 3DMAX (20th in the HLTV.org ranking), magic (#22), MongolZ (#14), 9z (#7), paiN (#18), Wildcard (#42), and FURIA (#3).

The group stage will be played in a Double Elimination format: the opening matches will be best of 1, while all subsequent matches will be best of 3. Only the top four teams from each group will advance to the playoffs, also securing EWC Club Points.

NAVI will face 3DMAX in the opening round. The match will begin on August 12 at 19:50 CEST. If the Born to Win secure the victory, they will face the winner of MongolZ vs magic in the next round.
