IEM Rio 2023: semi-final match versus BIG

Born to Win guaranteed a spot in the next stage of the tournament. The match against BIG will start tomorrow at 19:30 and will be held in the best-of-3 format.

Group A was a cakewalk for our squad. After a confident victory over TheMongolz (16 : 9 Mirage), the team faced NIP in the best-of-3 format. Mirage was the opponent`s choice, but it is also worth noting the progress of our team on this map (16 : 10). Born to Win easily closed Ancient in their favor (16 : 13).

BIG shows a very high-quality game at this tournament. After the failure at the RMR tournament, the German roster easily outplayed MOUZ in bo1 (16 : 6 Overpass), and, unexpectedly for the fans, managed to defeat Heroic on three maps (14 : 16 Vertigo, 16 : 11 Nuke, 16 : 6 Overpass).
