NAVI in second place at the PGL Major Antwerp 2022

CS:GO / Coverage / 2 months ago

The first CS:GO Major tournament of 2022, PGL Major Antwerp 2022 has concluded. NAVI took second place in the tournament, losing to FaZe Clan 0 : 2 in the final. The guys earned $ 150,000!

NAVI's performance began with a match against G2 Esports, the fifth-ranked team in the HLTV world rankings. In a hard-fought battle, the Born to Win prevailed on Mirage with a score of 19 : 17. On the same day, our guys defeated BIG (16 : 8 - Ancient). The next day was a playoff match against Ninjas in Pyjamas, which NAVI took three maps to defeat.

The first opponent in the playoffs was the team Heroic. It was widely expected to be a tough encounter for the Born to Win. And that is exactly what happened. After losing the first map, it took NAVI all 30 rounds to win the second map, and on Nuke, our guys only lost 8 rounds. In the match for the grand final, the battle against ENCE took place. NAVI took the opponent down on two maps.

Congratulations to our CS:GO team for a good performance! We would like to thank all the fans who supported the team throughout the tournament on social networks, live stream chats and at the Antwerps Sportpaleis Arena in Antwerp. #ObsessedWe.
