PGL Masters Bucharest 2026: One Last Chance

The group stage of PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 is drawing to a close. Five teams have already secured their playoff spots, and the final three will be decided today.

After two consecutive defeats in matches that could have secured a playoff spot, the NAVI CS2 team has one last chance. To advance, the Born to Win must defeat Spirit — the world's No. 1 team according to HLTV.org and No. 3 in the VRS rankings. The match starts at 18:00 CET.

To recap, NAVI kicked off the tournament with victories over G2 (2 : 0) and FURIA (2 : 0), but then suffered defeats against BB (0 : 2) and Vitality (0 : 2).

Spirit also opened their campaign with a loss to BB (1 : 2), before bouncing back with wins over TYLOO (2 : 0) and FURIA (2 : 1). However, the Dragons fell to MOUZ (1 : 2) in their next match for a playoff spot.

NAVI and Spirit have faced each other twice this year — at IEM Kraków 2026 in February and IEM Cologne Major 2026 in June. The Dragons emerged victorious on both occasions, winning 2 : 0 each time.
